HCL Services hires IT industry veterans from IBM and HP

HCL Services, a subsidiary of HCL Infosystems, today announced its new leadership team to drive the next level of business growth.

The company has hired IT industry veterans from IBM and HP, said HCL Services in a statement.

The new team members of HCL Services include R Dhamodharan, business head of Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), N Ravichandar, business head of Enterprise Consulting Services (ECS) and Rajan Rahi, business head for the Channel Business, reporting to chief executive Biswanath Bhattacharya.

Dhamodharan will lead the Enterprise Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, focusing on driving synergies between different lines of services offerings. He will lead the infrastructure management and multi-vendor technology services businesses. He has more than 25 years of experience including close to two decades at IBM.

N Ravichandar will drive the enterprise consulting services business, consisting of infrastructure consulting, enterprise applications, cloud, mobility and other emerging technologies. He will be responsible for building domain expertise with specific focus on BFSI and IT/ITeS sectors. Ravichandar will also lead sales, business support groups and delivery by working with different GTM teams for enhanced engagement. He was heading the consulting practice for technology services division of HP.

Rajan Rahi will head the HCL Services’ channel ecosystem and create offerings for SMBs in partnership with business support group organizations. Rajan started his career with HCL and had spent around 17 years in the company. Rajan started his career with HCL and spent around 17 years in the company. He was country head at Luminous.
