IT services company HCL Infosystems has appointed Tata Teleservices veteran SG Murali as the group chief financial officer (CFO).
The current CFO Sandeep Kanwar will become the chief executive officer of HCL Infotech, a 100 percent subsidiary and the SI (System Integration) business arm of HCL Infosystems.
SG Murali as the group CFO will be responsible for developing, monitoring and evaluating overall corporate strategy of HCL Infosystems’ business units with emphasis on bottom line performance, said HCL in a statement.
Murali has joined HCL Infosystems from Tata Teleservices (TTSL) where he held the position of executive president and chief financial officer.
