Web hosting vendor GoDaddy on Wednesday announced the availability of generic top level domain .SHIKSHA for registration.
The new domain name extension means education or learning in Hindi.

With localized domain names, we can accelerate Internet adoption and make the Web relevant for millions of Indian consumers and business owners.”
