Fortinet CMO Holly Rollo
Cybersecurity solutions vendor Fortinet has appointed FireEye executive Holly Rollo as chief marketing officer (CMO) — responsible for corporate marketing strategy, initiatives and operations.

“Fortinet’s differentiated technology and recent sales investments have enabled us to take market-share, land and expand in significant Fortune 100 customer accounts, and establish Fortinet as the leading security innovator and one of the largest and fastest-growing cybersecurity vendors worldwide,” said Ken Xie, Fortinet’s founder, chairman and chief executive officer.

Fortinet recently appointed Oracle Chief Marketing Officer Judith Sim to its Board of Directors. Both appointments demonstrate Fortinet’s commitment to strengthening its marketing strategy and best practices as a key element in the company’s growth and scale.

At FireEye, Rollo served as vice president of corporate marketing and played an instrumental role in the cybersecurity company’s growth, by helping to scale marketing and build an effective brand and demand generation engine.

She has also held marketing and strategic planning roles at SumTotal Systems, SuccessFactors, Cisco, SAP, and IBM/Tivoli.
