F5 Networks CEO John McAdam to retire in fiscal 2015

F5 Networks CEO and President John McAdam will retire at the end of fiscal year 2015.

McAdam, who joined F5 Networks as president and CEO in 2000, will remain on the board and serve as non-executive board chair to work with the board identifying his successor to ensure a smooth transition.

F5 Networks said he has established a remarkable track record, presiding over the growth of F5 from a company with 500 employees and $100 million in annual revenues to a global organization with nearly 4,000 employees and annual revenues of more than $1.7 billion.
