Extreme Networks opens RMA depot in Mumbai, India

Extreme Networks has opened its Return Material Authorization (RMA) depot in Mumbai.

This is the first depot in India, Extreme Networks said on Tuesday. At present, Extreme Networks has representative offices in Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai; and a Research & Development center in Chennai.

The launch of its first RMA depot in India enables the company to better support for customers requiring real time replacements.

The new depot will support mission critical installations of customers in India on selected Extreme Networks support offerings.

Enterprise customers of support offerings can have extended support level which includes options for Next Business Day (NBD) Advance Hardware Replacement (AHR).

“With the operation of the RMA depot in India, we are better able to provide real time support for customers with business critical installations. This depot extends our continued commitment to our customers and our business in India,” said Mohamed Asiq, country manager for India and SAARC at Extreme Networks.
