Enterprise customers of support offerings can have extended support level which includes options for Next Business Day (NBD) Advance Hardware Replacement (AHR).
“With the operation of the RMA depot in India, we are better able to provide real time support for customers with business critical installations. This depot extends our continued commitment to our customers and our business in India,” said Mohamed Asiq, country manager for India and SAARC at Extreme Networks.
