Extreme Networks offers 50% discount to Aruba and HP customers

Extreme Networks today announced Secure Mobility with Analytics for the Private Cloud solution at up to 50 percent discount, with 50 percent off the first year of maintenance, for existing Aruba and HP customers.

The special package will available between April 1 and December 31, 2015.

Extreme Networks in a statement said that its offer to Aruba and HP customers will feature wired and wireless integration, application analytics, advanced policy administration and over the air security.

The offering from Extreme Networks supports CIOs to leverage analytics, increase productivity and assure security and compliance.

Extreme Networks’ offering meets enterprise needs by integrating wired / wireless, establishing policy and compliance and harvesting data with application analytics to help improve business outcomes.

The Extreme Networks solution includes its award-winning IdentiFi wireless technology, its NetSight single pane of glass management system, its Mobile IAM with award-winning network access control (NAC) for onboarding and Purview technology, the industry’s first solution bridging management and analytics.

Extreme Networks special offering includes 25 IdentiFi access points, virtualized mobility controller, software licenses for network management, BYOD and network access control, wireless IPS and application analytics.

“This Secure Mobility with Analytics for the Private Cloud solution demonstrates how Extreme Networks is establishing the benchmark in secure Wi-Fi mobility,” said Jeff White, chief revenue officer, Extreme Networks.

Extreme Networks will target healthcare, education, sports and entertainment, enterprise, and government users worldwide.

New England Patriots has tapped Extreme Networks to improve fan experience using wireless at Gillette Stadium.
