Etihad Towers Abu Dhabi selects Wi-Fi from Meru Networks

Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi has selected Wi-Fi from Meru Networks for connectivity to more than 90 percent of its retail and corporate space, as well as common areas in its three residential towers.

It will also deploy Ascom voice-over-Wi-Fi to support communications among more than 350 staff members across the development.

“The seamless handoff between access points with the Meru single-channel, virtual-cell deployment option was a major factor in our selection of a Wi-Fi solution,” said Mohamed Ghorab, ELV and controls engineer for Etihad Towers.
