Data center company Equinix has appointed Charles Meyers, formerly president of the Americas for Equinix, as the COO.
The Global Sales, Marketing, Operations and Client Services functions will now report directly to Meyers.

In the role of COO, Charles will bring proven leadership and deep operating experience to the task of further aligning our global team for maximum effectiveness,” said Steve Smith, Equinix CEO and president.
