Epicor Software today announced the appointment of Himanshu Palsule as chief technology officer (CTO) responsible for delivering Epicor solutions, including product design, engineering, technology and quality, as well as development operations.
Former Epicor CTO Jeff Kissling moves into the role of Chief Scientist, focusing on research and technology innovation.
Himanshu Palsule has more than 30 years of experience in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) software industry.
Prior to Epicor, Himanshu Palsule was CTO and head of strategy at Sage Software, a provider of accounting and ERP solutions, and has leadership experience from companies such as Open Systems International, Man-Trak and HCL.
