EMC India announces top level management changes

EMC India today announced several top level changes in management.

The storage company has appointed Srihari Palangala for marketing, Rajeev Saxena for inside sales and Ripu Bajwa for DPS business in India.

Srihari Palangala is the director marketing of EMC India — responsible for marketing strategy and execution for sales, products and partnerships.

Srihari Palangala will be reporting jointly to Karinne Brannigan, vice president Marketing – Asia Pacific and Japan based in Singapore and Rajesh Janey, president – EMC India and SAARC.

Prior to EMC India, he worked with technology organizations such as VMLogix, Adobe India and Microsoft India — driving business transformation and geographical expansion.

Rajeev Saxena is the director for Inside Sales. Rajeev Saxena worked with NetApp, Cisco and Tata.  Prior to joining EMC India, he was the director of Sales for NetApp India and SAARC leading their MSB (Medium Sized Business) and Government Business.

Ripu Bajwa has been given the responsibility for leading the company’s DPS business in India as the country manager. Ripu is a 10 year veteran at EMC and has contributed across various successes at EMC.

Pallavi Kapoor, HR head for EMC India said the company has been ranked 6th in the global Great Places to Work survey which showcases the vision of its leadership.
