Diebold, a global provider of self-service technology, security systems and related services, has appointed NCR veteran Jaivinder Singh Gill as managing director, South Asia, and vice president, operations, Asia Pacific.
At NCR, he most recently served as vice president, South Asia Pacific. Prior to NCR, he worked for companies such as Dell, Lenovo and American Express.
As managing director, Gill will lead Diebold’s sales and services business in India region and Australia.
As vice president, operations for Asia Pacific, he will drive business processes to improve efficiencies for the entire region.
Gill is based in Delhi, India, and reports to Neil Emerson, Diebold senior vice president and managing director, Asia Pacific. Headquartered near Canton, Ohio, USA, Diebold has approximately 16,000 employees worldwide.
