Dell Technologies and Iron Bow Technologies have agreed to pay over $4.35 million combined to settle allegations of overcharging the U.S. Army on a computing contract, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) announced.
Dell Technologies will pay $2.3 million.
Iron Bow Technologies will pay $2.05 million.
Both companies were accused of violating the False Claims Act.
They allegedly submitted non-competitive bids under the Army Desktop and Mobile Computing (ADMC) contract, resulting in overcharges to the Army.
The settlements highlight the DOJ’s commitment to ensuring fair competition and protecting taxpayer funds in government contracts. Neither company admitted liability as part of the resolution.
