D-Link invests in customer service center in Bangladesh

D-Link launches DSC in BangladeshEnterprise networking company D-Link has made investment in opening its service center (DSC) in Bangladesh, one of the countries in Asia region.

The company’s service center in Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh, will ensure that its customers can interact with the technical experts at the center and have hands-on product experience with live product demonstration.

D-Link has appointed Computer Source (CSL) as the service partner for Bangladesh to ensure fast and efficient warranty, and provide technical assistance to partners and customers in Bangladesh.

“D-Link offers the latest in connectivity equipment’s along with best in class support. Customer satisfaction remains a key focus area, and D-Link is committed to invest in building a solid support infrastructure,” said Sanket Kulkarni, VP – Channel Sales, India & SAARC.
