CSS Corp, a technology support company supporting enterprise and consumer products, has deployed Avaya video conferencing solutions.
Avaya Scopia video conferencing will improve engagement between CSS Corp’s clients and 5500+ technology professionals working across 15 locations.
CSS Corp aims at reducing travel time for employees by attending HD video sessions using Scopia Desktop and Mobile clients. The executive management now conducts reviews and weekly calls on video.
Avaya has also supplied IP telephony services to connect head office and other branch offices of CSS Corp.
