Infotech Lead America: CirclePix.com has launched CirclePix App, a real estate marketing app for CirclePix agents and broker clients.
The new real estate marketing app is integrated into the CirclePix STAR Marketing platform, allowing agents to upload video from their mobile device directly to their CirclePix Property Site.
CirclePix App allows broker clients and agents to bypass extra time, effort and additional steps typically required when agents upload video to YouTube or other sites and then link to their site.
The company is offering the app free at Google Play and the iTunes App Store. The app is compatible with iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and any smart phone using the Android operating system.

Agents and brokers who download the app can log into their CirclePix account and then upload video to their Property Sites or their agent account. When a clip about the agent is uploaded to their account it is displayed on all their active Property Sites.
Agents can utilize CirclePix App to enhance their marketing in three different ways: agent clips which promote the agent’s personal brand; property clips which feature the property or even the owner showcasing unique features of the property; and lifestyle clips of the local area to showcase the local lifestyle and community.
This is yet another example of increasing usage of Internet video by enterprises. CirclePix App allows agents to transport their potential customers right onto a Property Site for an authentic view of the listing, its unique features, and even the local lifestyle.
