Cellebrite has unveiled Cellebrite DeskTop, a PC-based application for the mobile retail market.
Cellebrite DeskTop enables mobile retailers to offer data-centric aftermarket services including diagnostics to enhance customers’ service experience and increase revenues.
Since the new solution runs on a general-purpose PC, it eliminates the cost associated with dedicated hardware and mobile retailers can reduce total cost of ownership (TCO).
“Cellebrite DeskTop fulfills the mobile retailers’ need to deliver data-centric aftermarket services at lower TCO. Consumers can upgrade their phone, knowing that their data is wiped out from their old phone, and is transferred securely to the new device,” said Dave Golding, general manager APAC at Cellebrite.
Cellebrite DeskTop features include phone-to-phone content transfer, backup and restore, an automated phone trade-in program, application content and delivery.
Retailers can deliver diagnostics including the capability to detect and correct smartphone problems.
Cellebrite DeskTop is now available across major cities in India.
Cellebrite will also introduce its other mobile retail solutions such as the Cellebrite Touch, UME-36Pro, via the company’s authorised distributor, Planet 41 Mobi-Venture.
