Canon expanded its professional printing portfolio, adding imagePRESSC10000VP and Oce PlotWave 500 at PAMEX 2015.
The imagePRESS C10000VP product comes with 2400 x 2440 dpi resolution. Canon believes this device will set new standards in imaging quality and productivity with new technological innovations.
According to the company, the new device is designed to meet the increasing demand from higher production volumes of professional printers.
Canon also released Oce PlotWave 500, designed to cater industries like architecture, engineering, construction and manufacturing. The company claims that this device will offer faster prints with a speed limit of 10 A1 per minute.
“The professional printing industry is evolving at a fast pace and technological innovations are key driving factors to run parallel with the market demands and trends,” said Puneet Datta, Director of Professional Printing Products (PPP) group, Canon India.
He noted that professional printing segment has seen a tremendous growth in India and Canon wants to further tap this opportunity.
