CA Technologies has named Amit Chatterjee as executive vice president, Enterprise Solutions and Technology Group.
Chatterjee will replace Peter Griffiths, who’s leaving CA Technologies now after serving as EVP of Enterprise Solutions and Technology Group from 2011. He will be responsible for strategy and execution of enterprise businesses, from development to commercialization.
In another development, CA Technologies CTO John Michelsen will now report to CEO Mike Gregoire.
Chatterjee was the founder and CEO of Hara, a cloud-based, Software-as-a-Service company that provides data and information to manage energy consumption.
He also held senior executive positions at SAP, including senior VP – Business User Development. At McKinsey, he provided management counsel to early-stage companies.
