Enterprise networking vendor Brocade today said its Q4 fiscal 2014 revenue rose 1 percent to $564 million.
Brocade revenue for fiscal 2014 dipped 1 percent to $2,211 million due to the divestment and repositioning of certain product lines.
“We delivered another strong quarter, highlighted by growth of 9 percent in IP Networking product revenue and 2 percent SAN product revenue growth, on continuing products,” said Lloyd Carney, CEO of Brocade.
The SAN product revenue was flat at $325 million in Q4 2014 and grew 1 percent to $1,327 million in fiscal 2014. The Brocade SAN product revenue performance in Q4 reflects improvement in director and switch product sales offset by lower server product sales.
Brocade said IP Networking product revenue rose 5 percent to $152 million in Q4 2014 and dipped 5 percent in fiscal 2014 to $525 million. The Q4 increase was primarily driven by stronger switch and router sales into the U.S. Federal government and router sales into the service provider market.
