Brocade has appointed Juniper Networks veteran Adam Judd as the vice president for Asia Pacific.
Judd will be responsible for the strategic direction and management of all sales and business development across the region, said Brocade in a statement.
He will look at delivering growth targets for Brocade Ethernet/IP business and further strengthening the company’s partner and channel strategies.
Judd will be based in Singapore and will report to senior vice president of Worldwide Sales and Field Operations, Jeff Lindholm.
He was most recently the acting CEO and chairman of Tortuga Mobile, a privately held firm that provides mobile payment solutions and services to retailers, financial institutions and mobile carriers.
Prior to Tortuga Mobile, Judd was senior vice president for APAC at Juniper Networks, where he led the company’s sales and services operations in more than 12 countries, including Japan. Under his leadership, the company’s regional revenue quadrupled.
