Blue Coat hires McAfee veteran Andrew Littleproud as VP Asia Pacific

Enterprise security solutions supplier Blue Coat Systems has appointed McAfee veteran Andrew Littleproud as vice president of Asia Pacific, responsible for its sales and business operations.

He will be reporting to Marc Andrews, senior vice president of worldwide field operations at Blue Coat Systems.

At McAfee, he was instrumental in growing its corporate business in the Asia Pacific region in double digits crossing $200 million.

Littleproud joined McAfee from EMC, where he spent over seven years as managing director of the EMC Software Group in responsible for Australia and New Zealand. At EMC, Littleproud was instrumental in driving the integration of newly acquired software businesses into the group and grew the business four fold.
