Computerworld said its editorial team compiled this list based on a questionnaire on organization offerings such as benefits, diversity, career development, training and retention, as well as a worker satisfaction survey completed by a random sampling of IT employees at the participating organizations. Computerworld editorial team then categorized the 100 winning organizations by company size based on the number of employees.
