Bank Audi, a financial institution in Lebanon, will introduce the NCR SelfServ 80 ATM solutions to transform the banking experience.
Bank Audi will add new ATMs, comprising of the NCR SelfServ 82 and NCR SelfServ 84. The SelfServ 80 comes with interactive video banking feature enabling financial institutions (FIs) to offer high-touch, personalized service by a live teller at the ATM.
“The NCR SelfServ 80 Series delivers the next generation of omni-channel self-service experiences at the ATM that will help us grow revenue, reduce cost, manage risk and enhance customer experience,” said Omar el Zein, head of Innovation, Bank Audi.
The innovative ATM from NCR has a 19-inch multi-touch display to drive tablet-like interactions for banking consumers to swipe, pinch and zoom for banking transactions. NCR’s new ATM has recessed keyboard providing a natural PIN protection. NCR said a picture-in-picture camera shows what’s happening behind the user to prevent shoulder surfing.
Jose Resendiz, vice president and general manager, NCR Financial Services, said: “The addition of the NCR SelfServ 80 Series will help Bank Audi execute on their innovation and customer experience strategy by transforming the banking experience they deliver to perfectly align with how their customers want to bank.”
The technology company claims that NCR SelfServ 80’s 10-cassette cash dispense capability lowers cash replenishment costs. NCR’s CxBanking software enables the SelfServ 80 series to offer better customer experiences across physical and digital banking channels.
