Avaya has named Andrea Cunningham as its chief marketing officer and hired Amy Fliegelman Olli from CA Technologies as senior vice president and general counsel.
At CA Technologies, Amy Fliegelman Olli was responsible for legal, governance, compliance, internal audit, security, risk management and controls.
At IBM, where Amy spent for more than 18 years, she served as vice president and general counsel for the Americas and Europe with legal responsibility for 75 percent of IBM’s global sales and a team of more than 200 attorneys located in 30 countries.
Andrea Cunningham as the CMO of Avaya will be responsible for the strategy and oversight of branding, communications, solutions and product marketing, field marketing and demand generation for Avaya’s portfolio of business communications and collaboration solutions and services.
