Enterprise IT vendor Avaya showcased Avaya Breeze at Enterprise Connect 2016.
Avaya Breeze is a platform to develop business communications applications. It is a progeny of the Avaya Engagement Development Platform.
The platform includes an open framework with necessary attributes required for digital communication, a development platform for rapid creation of new workflow-based applications, a delivery mechanism — the Avaya Snapp Store and Open connectors/APIs.
Avaya Snapp Store is an eCommerce app store for business communications.
