Avaya deploys SDN Fx technology infrastructure in Burj Khalifa

Avaya in a trade event
Avaya has deployed its SDN Fx technology infrastructure within Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, offering the best network quality experience and without downtime.

SDN Fx, Avaya’s fabric-based, software-defined network architecture, will enable guests, tenants, and IT teams at Burj Khalifa, which has residences, offices, common areas, leisure attractions, and more, to benefit from reliability in service delivery and network access.

Avaya is participating at the GITEX Technology Week 2015, a trade show in Middle East. AvayaLive Engage solution, which delivers an immersive web experience, will be displayed at GITEX event.

Visitors using the AvayaLive Engage environment can interact in real time with Avaya experts via voice, video or IM, allowing presenters to share files, presentations, demonstrations and videos – even hold private conversations if needed.

The AvayaLive Engage environment enables Avaya to demonstrate its power to help organizations achieve digital transformation, engage with their teams and customers.

“Avaya’s engagement solutions enable organizations to deliver smoother, richer experiences and accelerate their digital transformation journey. GITEX is the perfect platform for us to demonstrate our technology solutions and also to highlight the great strides the region is making in digitization,” said Mohammed Areff, vice president, Middle East, Africa, and Turkey, Avaya.
