Aruba Networks has appointed Avaya veteran Karl Soderlund as vice president of worldwide channels.
Soderlund will be responsible for recruitment, developing global alliances and managing Aruba’s international distribution structure for partner training, enablement, and pre-sales support.
Soderlund joins Aruba from voice/data networking solutions manufacturer Avaya, where he was vice president of Americas channel sales.
Before Avaya, Soderlund held sales and global alliances positions at Certeon, Hewlett-Packard, Fortinet, Extreme Networks, and Cisco Systems.
