ALE (earlier known as Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise) on Thursday said it aims to leverage the Make-in-India initiative to boost its business growth in the country.
Michel Emelianoff, CEO of ALE, said: “India is an important market for our business and we are proud that a substantial part of our work force and solutions contribute or come from India.”

Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise has already signed up the Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT) project by NewGen. Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise solutions aims to play an important role in building the communication infrastructure for the smart city project.
ALE will target smart metro projects, hospitality and healthcare projects across the country.
The company has set up research and development infrastructure and customer support center in Bangalore and Chennai.
