HP’s IT services company MphasiS has appointed Sanjeev Singh as senior vice president and head of BPO Business, Emerging Markets. Before joining MphasiS, Sanjeev was with Bharti Airtel.
Sanjeev will be responsible for strategic growth and expansion of the BPO business. He will strengthen client relationships in the emerging geographies.
At Airtel, Sanjeev worked as senior vice president and head of Contact Experience, managing various responsibilities including the call centers for all lines of business.
Prior to Airtel, he worked at Genpact for over 10 years, and was Global Transition Leader in his last position there. He has provided strategic and operational leadership to business teams in the area of telecommunication and Business Process Outsourcing in his previous assignments.
