Infotech Lead America: ADTRAN has expanded its IP Phones for enterprises.
ADTRAN’s six new models can be deployed on a hosted- or premises-based communications network.
Together, the new phone models and deployment options offer customers a broader selection of IP endpoints and more flexibility and simplicity in adopting a powerful communications network for more efficient business processes.
In a premises-based deployment, businesses can leverage the flexibility of ADTRAN’s NetVanta UC solutions along with the breadth of ADTRAN endpoints to achieve more simplified installation and single vendor pre-and post-sales support. The expanded product offering also increases ADTRAN’s reach in all markets with a deeper product offering addressing the needs of each worker from entry-level employees needing economy based models up through executive models delivering desktop video capabilities.
“ADTRAN’s unified communications product line has enabled customers to achieve enhanced efficiency and convenience within their business communications systems. Our expanded line of IP Phones gives our hosted and premises-based UC customers even greater flexibility and options, all from a single point-of-contact,” said Chris Thompson, senior product manager for ADTRAN’s Enterprise Networks Division.
Powered by Polycom, each of the new IP Phone models brings unique features and benefits to ADTRAN’s complete line of business communication solutions.
ADTRAN’s new IP phones will be available in December 2012.
