Vodafone announces video conferencing services for Indian enterprises

Vodafone India today introduced managed video conferencing service for enterprises. The VC service is network agnostic and device agnostic.

Naveen Chopra, director – Vodafone Business Services said, “Our managed video conference service for enterprises in India would be a cost effective way of connecting with various stakeholders, and improving the effectiveness of flexible working initiatives.”

Besides managed video conferencing service, Vodafone Business Services offers MPLS VPN, private leased circuits (National and International), Internet leased lines, office wireline voice and audio conferencing services.

The main features of Vodafone video conferencing services include: unlimited usage of video conferencing port to avoid bill shocks; unique online self-care portal to schedule, manage and monitor your video conferences online; on demand video recording service, etc.

Vodafone said there will be no need to invest in Capex (Capital spending) for its video conferencing platform. The Vodafone Video Conferencing Bridge is on the Cloud. You need to subscribe to its plans to kick off the service.
