LogMeIn Rescue is an enterprise-ready professional remote support platform that provides access and support to smartphones, tablets, computers and applications.
By providing the ability to support all devices, located anywhere, Tech Mahindra has seen an increase in service desk efficiency, reduced average handle time and improved first call resolution rates.
