Corning and Lumen ink contract

Lumen Technologies announced an agreement with Corning for supplying optical cable. This fiber-dense cable will more than double Lumen’s U.S. intercity fiber miles, offering capacity to cloud data centers to handle AI workloads and high bandwidth applications.

RyanshTech wins contract from U.S. Customs and Border Protection

Ryansh Corporate Solutions announced a multi-year contract award with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection to provide Strategic Communications Services for the Office of Public Affairs.

This program will provide mission-critical, AI-powered media monitoring and public relations support to optimize communications workflows and empower CBP with real-time media insights of vital news and social media coverage relevant to border security, travel, and trade.

Plannr Technologies and Asset-Map announce Integration

Plannr Technologies, a UK-based provider of CRM software, and Asset-Map Holdings, the modern financial planning tool for financial professionals, announced a new integration to transform advice experiences in financial planning practices in the UK.

Watson Farley & Williams and DISCO expand partnership

DISCO, a leader in AI-enabled legal technology, has won a contract from Watson Farley & Williams, a Global 200 law firm, for ediscovery technology and services to support its growing international disputes practice and client base.

VSee Health and Ava Robotics partner

VSee Health, a provider of telehealth services, and Ava Robotics, a developer of intelligent robots for the workplace, announced an agreement to develop telepresence solutions for the inpatient intensive care market.

Ava Robotics will also develop a VSee-powered Ava robot that allows providers to extend their reach and provide personalized care remotely.

Verint wins $4.5 mn contract to deploy AI-powered bots

Verint, the CX Automation Company, announced that a leading insurance company awarded Verint a $4.5 million contract over three years.

They will use the Verint bots to increase CX automation and deliver AI business outcomes across their contact center of 3,000 agents.
