Universal Sompo General Insurance has appointed Puneet Kaur Kohli as chief technology officer (CTO).
Universal Sompo General Insurance is a joint venture of Indian Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, Karnataka Bank, Dabur Investment Corporation and Sompo Japan Insurance. It serves its customers with 17 zonal offices, 86 branch offices and 1,500 employees.
Puneet Kaur Kohli worked with Manappuram Finance as chief information and technology officer – before joining Universal Sompo General Insurance. She has also worked with Bajaj Capital, Motricity and Bharti Airtel.
