Polycom India today said PC Jeweller (PCJ) has selected Polycom video solutions to connect between 45 stores, as well as design and management sites in India.
The jeweler is benefitting from increased speed in decision-making, better customer satisfaction and improved team meeting experiences, said Polycom.

PC Jeweller has deployed video collaboration solutions including Polycom RealPresence Group Series at all outlets, for staff to collaborate over product reviews with co-workers, and sample showcases for buyers.
