Orange Business to deploy cloud computing solution for Haier in China

Orange Business Services will deploy and manage Flexible Computing Premium, a cloud computing solution, for Haier in China.

Haier’s headquarters in China will be able to connect with its after-sale service center in India over a cloud-based platform, enabling users to access business-critical applications.

Earlier, Haier Group adopted Oracle Service Cloud in association with Capgemini. This is to build a new overseas service managing platform, with an aim to improve Haier’s overseas service and achieve multi-channel interaction with customers.

Flexible Computing Premium is part of Orange Business Services’ IaaS and IT services. It frees the IT team from its day-to-day operational tasks of managing cloud infrastructure and software to focus on more strategic projects. Agility, cost effectiveness and scalability are some of the big advantages of the Cloud solution.
