Milgard deploys Infor CPQ

Milgard Windows and Doors, the Washington-based window and door manufacturer, has deployed Infor Configure Price Quote (CPQ) to get better view of quotes and orders across their organization and distribution network.

Milgard faced challenges such as the management of the change across employees and dealers during the implementation. The Infor solution will seamlessly integrate with their ERP system.

Milgard started the full implementation in 2017 after almost a year of testing the platform with select dealers and incorporating their feedback. Infor CPQ, now fully live, provides Milgard and their dealers with a unified quoting experience, and makes it easier for users to collaborate on quotes.
Infor for business CIOsVinod Nair, CIO of Milgard Windows and Doors, said: “Infor CPQ was easy to use, intuitive and accurate for our dealers and their customers. The Infor solution also supports a more efficient and effective sales process, which is helping open us up to new opportunities and partnerships.”

Infor CPQ, part of Infor’s Customer Experience Suite, helps enable multi-channel quoting and ordering, while providing dynamic images, drawings, and models for a professional proposal. The configuration and pricing help reduce business challenges like declining sales, increased costs, and brand commoditization.

“Infor CPQ empowers faster and more informed decision-making for the end customer, while still supporting mission-critical initiatives at companies like Milgard,” Jason Rushforth, vice president and general manager, Infor CX, said.
