Microsoft announced that Viva, its employee experience platform, launched a year ago, has now over 10 million monthly active users.
More than 1,000 paid customers, including Blum, Nationwide, Old Mutual, PayPal, REI and Unilever, are using Microsoft’s Viva.
Microsoft’s Viva is a game-changer for employees and organizations by connecting employees, sharing knowledge, delivering key insights, prioritizing wellbeing through a Headspace integration and more.
Microsoft said Viva Connections, Viva Insights, Viva Topics, and Viva Learning are all generally available.
Viva customers will also benefit from a new Viva-based objective and key results (OKRs) service powered by the acquisition of Ally.io later this year.
Microsoft Viva is an open platform that integrates with and enhances your existing HR systems, learning management systems, content providers, and employee workflows.
Microsoft has recruited more than 200 Viva solution partners, including firms like Accenture / Avanade, EY, KPMG, PwC, and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). Microsoft has trained more than 5,000 partner individuals — both business consultants and technical architects.
