Lifesize names CMO and CRO after merger with Serenova

Lifesize announced the appointment of Josh Kivenko as chief marketing officer. Lifesize also appointed Rick Froehlich as chief revenue officer to jointly lead global go-to-market strategy and execution.
Lifesize for enterprisesJosh Kivenko previously served as VP of marketing at Upland Software, CMO at Bulldog Solutions/Hive9 Software and held various marketing leadership positions at Dell and Telus.

Prior to Lifesize, Rick Froehlich served as CRO at Rackspace and Earthlink. Earlier in his seasoned career, he also held general manager and various sales leadership roles at Dell, Oracle and EMC and was a management consultant at A.T. Kearney.

Lifesize in March announced free video conferencing for organizations in response to the COVID-19 health crisis and rise of remote work.

Lifesize, a supplier of communication solutions, and Serenova, a contact center-as-a-service (CCaaS) provider, will operate under the Lifesize brand. This follows the completion of the merger between Serenova and Lifesize.
