Dell EMC launches Hardware as a Service for Opex driven purchases

tablet userDell EMC has partnered with Ingram Micro to launch HaaS (Hardware as a Service) to accelerate IT adoption in India and reduce Capex related burden on enterprises.

Through HaaS, Dell EMC, a leading enterprise networking company, will offer notebooks, desktops, servers, networking equipment such as switches and routers, and tablets to enterprises.

Enterprise CIOs and other decision makers can make payment in up to four years in order to shift towards operational expenditure while building out their IT infrastructure from the edge to the datacenter.

Dell EMC has capabilities in enabling companies to accelerate their IT, Security, and Workforce transformation. Ingram Micro has 18,000 partners across India.

Dell EMC’s portfolio, the reach of Ingram Micro, paired with payment options of up to four years brings in affordability to companies.

“In collaborating with Ingram Micro, Dell EMC wants to work with organizations to accelerate their digital transformation journeys to remain competitive in a rapidly evolving global landscape,” said Anil Sethi, vice president, Channels, Dell EMC India.

K Jaishankar, country chief executive of Ingram Micro said India’s $1 trillion digital opportunity will be shaped by the opportunities present in new and evolving forms of technology and their associated applications with the support of IT preparedness.
