Casino Businesses Face Email and SMS Service Restrictions and iPost and QCI Have a Solution

In a bid to tackle a significant challenge faced by the casino and gaming industry, iPost, a top-tier provider of email marketing, SMS, and automation services, has partnered with Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI), a prominent data solutions leader, to address potential disruptions in email and SMS platforms. Recent updates in Acceptable Use Policies (AUP) have led to 36 cloud marketing vendors explicitly excluding casinos from their services.
Online Casino IndustryiPost highlighted its findings, revealing that multiple email vendors have included clauses in their AUPs, categorically excluding casinos from their platforms and even recommending them to explore alternative solutions.

Cameron Kane, CEO at iPost, emphasized, “While we respect their decisions, we firmly believe that every casino should have a reliable avenue for conducting email and SMS campaigns. We take pride in reaffirming our commitment to serving the casino and gaming industry.”

Andrew Cardino, CTO of QCI, shed light on the shocking discovery, stating, “One of my multi-property customers informed me that their chosen email and text vendor would not work with a tribal nation. Further investigation unveiled that 36 cloud marketing providers have prohibited the provision of services to gaming companies.”

QCI and iPost are actively urging all casino and gaming operators to utilize a QR code linked to a dedicated site to verify if their existing vendor is listed among those at risk of discontinuation from their platform. This strategic initiative aims to assist the gaming industry in ensuring uninterrupted digital communication channels for vital marketing campaigns and operations.
