Avaya Q4 revenue dips 3.7% to $1.13 bn, net loss of $19 mn

Avaya today said its Q4 revenue in fiscal 2015 dipped 3.67 percent to$1,126 million with a net loss of $19 million against a net income of $23 million.

Revenue for the full fiscal year ended September 30, 2014 decreased 4.52 percent to $4,371 million, while net loss improved to $231 million from $364 million.

“Avaya’s fourth quarter revenue increased sequentially evidencing progress in sales and marketing transformation. Solid bookings and backlog indicate a favorable demand environment for our products and services,” said Kevin Kennedy, president and CEO.

Avaya said its product revenue decreased 6 percent to $579 million. Avaya Global Services revenue decreased 1 percent to $547 million.

52 percent of the fourth quarter revenue came from the U.S., 10 percent from Asia-Pacific, 29 percent from EMEA and 9 percent from Americas International.
