Avaya buys contact center software firm CTIntegrations

Avaya has acquired CTIntegrations, a contact center software development and system integration company based in Austin, Texas.
Avaya for business communicationsThe acquisition of CTIntegrations enables Avaya to add digital capabilities for its contact center customers and will enhance the Avaya OneCloud AI-powered experience platform.

Avaya Holdings said its revenues rose 2 percent to $732 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2021 ended June 30, 2021.

Avaya has raised its ARR guidance and expects to cross the $1 billion mark by the end of calendar 2022, about a year ahead of schedule.

OneCloud ARR was $425 million, up 23 percent sequentially. CAPS (Cloud, Alliance Partner and Subscription) was 40 percent of revenue, up from 30 percent a year ago. Software and services were 88 percent of revenue, down from 89 percent a year ago. Recurring revenue was 64 percent, flat to 64 percent a year ago.

Jim Chirico, president and CEO of Avaya, said: “Annual recurring revenue, an indicator of our progress, is outperforming our expectations, up over 275 percent from a year ago to $425 million, 64 percent of which is from deals greater than $1 million.”
