ARRIS International announced the appointment of Karen Renner as chief information officer (CIO) as the replacement for Phil Baldock.
Karen Renner, who will be reporting to ARRIS CEO Bruce McClelland, will lead the Information Technology (IT) team out of Suwanee, Georgia.
Previously, Karen Renner worked as the North American CIO for Thales, a global aerospace, defense and security company with operations in 56 countries. She was also the CIO of aluminum company Novelis. She also led IT as CIO for GE’s security and digital energy businesses.
