Enterprise IT vendor IBM announced its five-year business consulting service deal with Suburban Diagnostics.
As part of the IT deal, IBM India will provide business consulting and cloud services to the Mumbai-based Suburban Diagnostics in order to enhance customer experience and improve business operations to achieve profitability and reduce costs.
Suburban Diagnostics, established in 1994, has 100 plus centers with major presence in Mumbai, Pune and Goa. Suburban is planning to expand its presence in other states to create a pan India presence.
Enterprise technology solutions hosted on IBM Cloud to assist a scalable business model for growth will ensure seamless and efficient operational IT environment.

IBM Cloud based services hosted from our newly launched cloud data center will support the rapid growth of the organization,” said Lula Mohanty, managing partner, Global Business Services, IBM India / South Asia.
