Yardi, a provider of real estate investment management and property management, has been selected to manage the retail operations of The Hyatt Plaza Shopping Mall in Qatar.
Hyatt Plaza, as one of Doha’s most famous retail outlets, has selected Yardi Voyager 7S as their retail center management tool to streamline their core management operation and further develop value for their tenants and visitors.
Yardi Voyager is a complete real estate management solution. It includes operations, accounting and services with portfolio-wide business intelligence and platform-wide mobility.
Hyatt Plaza will manage a mix of retail, leisure, entertainment and food outlets utilizing Voyager 7S as the core management platform with mobile ready, advanced maintenance and inspection capabilities, Yardi said.
The deal further strengthens Yardi’s market in the Middle East. This is the second major customer win for the company in the region in a month. Recently Yardi announced Better Homes, one of the leading real estate companies in UAE, selected Yardi Voyager 7S.
Yardi Voyager 7S also grabbed a deal in Europe recently with Keystone Real Estate Placement.
