ESICH Life Assurance deploys AGILIS Life Insurance

ESICH Life Assurance has deployed AGILIS Life Insurance System from Agile Financial Technologies (Agile FT) to provide services and new experience to customers, brokers, agents and channels.

“AGILIS Life Insurance system is feature rich, scalable and future proof with strong mobile integration capabilities that helps us provide mobility and accessibility to our agents and customers,” said Richard Adu-Marfo, managing director of ESICH Life Assurance.

AGILIS deals with the individual as well as group life products and pensions and supports new business acquisition, policy management, claims and reinsurance.

Insurers can easily create new products independently and reduce time to market with the robust configuration engine it provides.

ESICH Life Assurance - Agile FT teamThe solution is a modular, flexible and robust policy admin and claims management system which has a multi lingual and multi currency capabilities, the company claims.

All the accounting entries are posted online automatically and in real time with an Accounting module which is integrated with all other modules of Insurance Operations.

The new software is also responsible for reducing manual errors with correct and consistent reporting and automatic reconciliation of accounts.

Fasyl Technology Group, partner of Agile FT are also working together to provide precise, smooth and seamless implementation.

Fasyl is a pan-African company which has invested in local resources and is also certified to sell, implement and support Agile FT’s solutions in the insurance and banking sectors.

ESICH Life Assurance plans to expand its business and reach cross the sub-Sahara African market in near future.

“As the next step, we plan to deploy the mobility and web enablement features of the solution, which will help us increase electronic communications with our stake holders and offer them quickly and better services,” added Adu-Marfo.

In September last year, Zensar Technologies deployed Agile FT to strengthen its position in banking, financial services and insurance sector (BFSI).
