Unified communications and collaboration revenue rises 18% to $39 bn

Revenue for the unified communications & collaboration (UC&C) market rose 17.7 percent to $38.8 billion in 2019, IDC report said.
Video conferencing MasergyRevenue for the unified communications & collaboration (UC&C) market grew 13.8 percent to $10.4 billion in Q4 2019.

Worldwide shipments in terms of lines, units, licenses and seats grew 3.7 percent quarter over quarter and 20.6 percent year over year.

North America (U.S. and Canada) revenue increased 12.1 percent year over year and 1.1 percent quarter over quarter.

EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) revenue increased 15 percent year over year and 9.8 percent quarter over quarter.

Asia Pacific including Japan revenue increased 17.9 percent year over year and 7.9 percent quarter over quarter.

8×8, ALE, Avaya, BlueJeans, Cisco, Google, Huawei, Logitech, Microsoft, Mitel, NEC, Poly, RingCentral, Slack, Unify, Vonage, Yealink, and Zoom, among others, are the vendors in unified communications & collaboration business.
