Salesforce increased its market share in 2018 by more percentage points than the rest of the top 15 CRM vendors combined.
Salesforce is also the #1 market leader for CRM in North America, Western Europe and Asia Pacific.
Oracle has 5.7 percent share in the CRM market. SAP has 5.6 percent share in the CRM segment. Adobe has 3.5 percent share in the CRM market. Microsoft has 3.4 percent share in the CRM market.
